I coach Authors and Writers on their Spiritual Awakening through breathwork, meditation, and developing steps for achieving goals to reduce anxiety, and feelings of isolation, and improve their self-concept.
I consult aspiring authors and freelance writers. We begin each consultation with breathwork to bring balance and harmony into the conversation. We discuss what they hope to achieve as an author/freelance writer and review what has prevented them from achieving their goal. We develop actionable steps to get them to their goal of becoming a published author or freelance writer.

I Speak.
My experience as a Case Manager at a Teen Center enabled me to give multiple presentations in the classroom and the Teen Center on bullying and teen dating violence. Now, I’m taking it a step further by offering my perspective on the necessity for Mental Health Services in Schools and why they work. I will be a panelist at the HEAL Conferences at the Las Vegas MGM in June 2024.
I offer speaking services focusing on mental health and adolescents (school-based youth services and why they work) and being an author and freelance writer (how I published 10 books in 3 years and how becoming an author changed my life)
I Write.
I’ve written for numerous online publications on adolescents, food, grief, mental health, movies, and pregnancy. I was a Trending News Writer for Delishably.com from May 2022 to September 2023.

I self-published two Award-winning books, Crying, Learning, and Laughing: Why Students Visit the Teen Center and From Grunt Work to Light Work: A Homeowner’s Guide To Attracting Buyers are must-reads. However, I’ve also penned eight non-fiction Children’s books for the school library market.

My Story
Born at the Atlantic City Medical Center two days before Christmas, Tamika M. Murray made her debut. Exposure to daily horoscopes at a young age, a passion for all things space was born. My mom encouraged learning about the heavenly bodies above through chart readings with a local Astrologer/Psychic. Watching Superman the Movie with Pop-Pop ignited a passion for flying (hey, a girl can dream) and superhero films.
Reading and writing fueled the ability to escape everyday normalcy.
I earned my first degree at Stockton University in Pomona, NJ. After graduation, I became an Adjunct English Instructor at Atlantic Cape Community College.
